Reminders – Week #3, 9/26/2016

· You are to begin using your averages this week. Line-up your players in order from lowest to highest average on the scoresheet. New players without an average must play in the 1^st or 2^nd position in the line-up and compute their average after they have played their 3^rd game (Average = Total Balls divided by 3). The maximum spot per player is 3 balls, regardless if the difference the 2 players is larger than 3. Calculate the spot for the first round and use that for all 3 rounds – the spot does not change for the 2^nd or 3^rd rounds.

· Please make sure you write down new players FIRST and LAST names on the scoresheet. Also, they must include their address and $11 sanction fee in order to be sanctioned.

· Money envelopes need to be filled out completely! I have already received envelopes without team names filled in and one that was completely blank. You will not be credited money paid if I don’t know who the money belongs to.

· I included a pocket rulebook in last weeks packets. They are the same rules that were included in your captains packets, just in a booklet form. (The VNEA rulebook has not changed since the 2013/2014 season so any pocket rulebooks you may have from the past few years are still the same and can be shared with teammates.)

· All team packets included extra scoresheets and envelopes. If you use them and need more, just let me know. I will include more in your weekly packet mailed to you. (You must ask in advance…if you wait until 7:30 the night of your match, I can’t/won’t drive one out to you.)

Standings (and scoresheet/money envelope if you’re the home team) will be mailed to each team weekly. They are mailed to your home bar unless you let me know that you want them mailed to your house.
